I should win an oscar for acting like everything is fine [part I]

As Autumn stepped into the small, white, illuminated room, she got greeted by the warm sunlight peeking through the blinds in front of the big window. The big yellow couch and grey armchair in the center of the room gave off a cozy vibe. And as she sat down, Autumn noticed the big painting hanging on the opposite wall. "Aww sunflowers. My favourite..."

For a brief moment, Autumn almost forgot why she had finally decided to come here. The thought of seeing a therapist had popped up in her mind for the first time a few years ago. But she had always found reasons and arguments not go: "No time; it wasn't that important; how were they supposed to help her anyway"

Tina Dansk sat down on the armchair and followed Autumn's gaze to the painting behind her. "That figures. Sunflowers are autumn-season flowers after all." She turned back around again and greeted Autumn with a soft chuckle. "Autumn, you were very vague about the reason of this appointment. I have come up with my own theory after our phone call, but I would like you tell me yourself, what brought you here today."

Autumn let out a sigh, if only there was a simple answer to that question... "I just... Well I have been not feeling my best lately. And that has gotten worse, way worse, the past few weeks..."

The 40 year old woman sitting across from Autumn leaned slightly forward before asking further questions: "And how do you define "not feeling your best" and "lately"?"
