Homework Week 2

Good morning everyone,

I hope you are ready for a little journey for today we will travel within ourselves for some self discovery and positive thinking.

Sometimes life can be a little tough but it is how we handle these moments which will tell us more about ourselves and the type of person we will become in the future.

So let's all head outdoors today, sit in the tall grass and take in some sunshine for a bit of self reflection.

If you think of a moment in your life where you reacted to a situation in a negative way how do you think you could have handled the situation better?

Now with that thought in your mind, take a deep breath in and release it while thinking or saying out loud what kind of person you wish to be.

How does this make you feel? How do you think you can achieve this goal of being a better you not only now but in the future.

Are there habits you can change about yourself? Start each day with a positive thought about yourself and what you hope to achieve. At the end of the week reflect upon a daily schedule of positive mind and how it has made you feel and report back answering the questions above and how you achieved all of this.

Now let's get out there and get started because a happier you not only effects you but helps to create a better world for all.
